Prior to becoming Hospital Manager, I had worked as a Veterinary Technician for 10 wonderful years, primarily working at Emergency and Specialty Hospitals. Summer - Assistant Hospital Manager/Lead Receptionist

Ashley at San Antonio Animal Clinic

I am the Assistant Hospital Manager and Lead Client Service Specialist. I started out 15 years ago working at the Humane Society and discovered I had a passion for pets and pet education. Since then I have helped build a growing practice that lead to my promotion to Lead CSS. I have 2 Pomeranians Roxie and Rambo. Roxie is 12 years old and still very happy and bouncy. She is a diva who thinks up things to get into then tricks Rambo into doing them. Rambo is 10 years old and is super sweet. He loves everything and everyone. Both of my babies are adopted. I am currently a student working towards my MBA in Human resource/Marketing. I also own a graphic design production company. I love working with animals and enjoy helping clients understand why we do what we do.

Golaunda at San Antonio Animal Clinic

My passion is caring for animals and educating owners. After 36 years in Nevada I decided to move to Texas where I have worked in many aspects of Veterinary Medicine, although currently I love my job as a Client Service Specialist. I have worked with both domestic and exotic animals. My family consists of my mother and 4 dogs, Fido aka Fidolicious, Chichi, McKinsey and Misha, all of whom have been rescues. I enjoy being involved with the Live Oak Humane Society and Rotary Club in my spare time.

Kent at San Antonio Animal Clinic

Although I have gone to school at Texas Tech University for Pre-Veterinary Med, I currently love my position as a Client Service Specialist. I have worked in many areas including teaching Jr. High Science as well as Sales Representative and National Sales Manager in the Furniture industry. I have been married 48 years now and we have a son, daughter, grand daughter and 2 grandsons. In my spare time I enjoy a variety of things, one of which is breeding and racing Homing Pigeons. This is a passion I have had since childhood. I also trained trailed and hunted labs for about 45 years.  I own an 8 year old lab named Raider for companionship and hunting.

Sue at San Antonio Animal Clinic

I moved to Texas in 2011 after working as a legal secretary for 20 years with the State of California. I lived most of my life in Southern California. I have worked for doctors, lawyers, and hospitals, and I find this job to be one of the best and most rewarding jobs I have had. I am married and we have a 3 year old boxer mix (Maxx), a 10 year old Dachshund mix (Bones), and 2 cats (Paco 2 and Baggies). All of our animals are rescues. One of my biggest interests outside of work is Genealogy and I have recently tried fishing…That’s a work in progress ;)

I went to Blinn College in Bryan, Tx. Where I graduated from the Veterinary Technology Program with as Associates Degree. I moved to San Antonio after graduation because I wanted to start a new adventure in a place I have never been. I came across O’Connor Road Animal Hospital in a book of clinics my program director gave me and decided to apply. I am very glad I did because they brought me in and treated me like family right away. I have two dogs, on Pomeranian named Annabelle and one pomapoo named Simba

My position as kennel tech is so rewarding to me. I love giving our boarding cats and dogs that extra love they need while being away from their home and family. I myself have 4 pets, Abby, Dora, Cody, and Dakota. Abby is a 15 year old beagle mix and the leader of the pack. Her days are spent sleeping and sunbathing in the kitchen. Dora is a 7 year old Dachshund mix that is FULL of energy and love. Cody is a 2 year old Shih-Tzu that has wild hair and is fearless! Cody is a little troublemaker but loves play time with Dora and Dakota.  Dakota is a 1 year old Jack Russel mix that is on full alert/play mode all day. When I’m not working I like to take pictures of my dogs, friends, and places I visit around Texas.
